# Locked NFT-E

*1. Locked NFT-E는 투자액 보관 형태로 발행되는 NFT 상품입니다. Locked NFT-E는 특별한 자산 NFT로 포맷될 것입니다.* 

*2. 투자액 보관이란 Locked NFT-E 구매에 참여했을 때 일정 기간이 지나면 초기값 상당의 참조 값을 환불하겠다는 보증의 한 형식입니다. 프로젝트가 공식 출시되었을 때 파트너들은 Locked NFT-E를 소유하는 동안 6\~10%/APR 이자율을 받게 될 것입니다.*

*3. NFT-E는 블록체인의 어떤 마켓 플레이스에서 자유롭게 매매할 수 있습니다. 그러나 Locked NFT-E가 판매 거래를 활성화하면 투자액 보관 계약이 종료되고 NFT-E를 구입한 대상도 NFT-E를 구매 이후 APR 따라 어떠한 이자도 받지 않습니다.*

*4. Locked NFT-E 투자 만기가 지나면 초기 투자액 전부를 이 Locked NFT-E를 소유하는 지갑 주소에 토큰으로 환불됩니다. 참조 값은 Locked NFT-E의 초기값과 동일합니다. 환불은 Smart Contract를 통해 자동 처리됩니다.*

*예시: NFT-E (0xM1ADvb23DxcA...)는 1,000달러의 가치가 있으며, 만기 도래 시점에 1,000달러 가치의 TNT토큰을 전부를 Locked NFT-E 소유자에게 토큰으로 환불합니다.*
